Imagine an entity from another dimension living inside the internet; the ultimate ghost in the machine, haunting computers and watching humanity through webcams. This was the premise of terminalspacepunk's Rasterflesh ARG, which ran from April to May 2008 on the Esoterica Forums. The Rasterflesh ARG sits at an interesting intersection of early grassroots ARGs, 2000s internet culture, the occult, and anxieties about the harmful potential of the internet. For too long, this ARG has been lost to time. This site is an archive of everything I've managed to recover about the project. I hope this is helpful.
